Sunset Beach Yoga

Join us for a sunset yoga flow on the beach every Thursday. A gentle vinyasa flow to stretch out the body and wind down after a long day. This class is suitable for beginners

This will be a Vinyasa flow yoga class taught by the Meow yoga team either Chandini (instagram.com/yogawithchands/) or Chanchal (instagram.com/soundsoulheal/)
The class is open to all levels and yoga mats are available for purchase through – www.meowyoga.com.
