It’s time to slow down and get into the deep connective tissue of your body. This class is taught at a very slow pace with a meditative approach to help you restore your body and calm your mind. You will experience a sense of grounding and centeredness as this class is taught close to your mat with little to no standing postures.
This session will be need to be paid at the venue, however you may reserve a spot below.
