RETURNS

We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours.
We have a 7-day return policy, meaning that you will have 7 days to request a return from when your order is delivered.
However, please read the below regarding each item, as some items have different return criteria than others.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
YOGA MATS
All Meow Yoga Mat orders are final sales unless there is a quality concern.
Therefore, due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns unless your item is damaged or faulty.
Please ensure you inspect your mat on arrival.
If there are any manufacturing defects, then please get in touch with our customer support team, and they will handle this for you and make it right.

OTHER ITEMS
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that shipping your goods may take longer than expected if your country of residence is not the United Arab Emirates.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved.
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
