How to use
Essential oils are powerful tools to improve your overall health + wellbeing. All of our essential oils are 100% organic. Here are some ways you can use them:
Oil burner:
Fill the bowl at the top of the oil burner with water and add 2 drops of essential oil to it. Light a tea light and place in under the mixture.
Aroma diffuser:
Mix 2-3 drops of an essential oil with water, and add to the diffuser bowl. Turn it on and let it work it’s magic.
Massage:
Mix 3 drops of an essential oil with 5ml of a base oil, and massage it into your body.
Bath:
Mix 9 drops of an essential oil into your bathtub filled with water, and soak in the goodness.
Caution: Avoid direct exposure to skin. Essential oils should always be blended with a base oil (example Sweet almond oil, Avocado oil, Grapeseed oil, Wheatgerm oil).
